Tenet forecasts swinging to small 4Q profit |

Associated Press , January 22, 2009 - Hospital operator Tenet Healthcare Corp. said Thursday it expects to post profit of about $5 million for the 2008 fourth quarter, reversing a year-ago loss of $75 million, but said it can't yet predict how 2009 will play out.
